This Privacy Policy explains what information PM Dashboard (the "Service"), operated by [CONFIRM: Xcellgen], collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who uses the Service at app.projectsaturn.in.
Account profile. When you sign in, our authentication provider (Auth0) passes us your name, email address, and profile avatar.
Workspace content. Content your organization enters into the Service, including tasks, clients, invoices, and any documents you upload for invoice processing.
Technical logs. Standard technical logs generated by normal operation of the Service (such as request timing and error logs), used for reliability and abuse prevention.
We use the data above to operate and provide the Service, to power its AI features (such as task suggestions and chat), to respond to support requests, and to detect and prevent abuse of the Service.
We share data with the following subprocessors, each of which is contractually or by policy restricted from using your data for any purpose other than providing their service to us:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account or workspace, we will delete your data within 30 days of that request, subject to any copies retained in routine backups until they age out ([CONFIRM: Railway backup schedule and retention period — whether our current Railway plan includes automated backups, how often they run, and how long they're kept]).
You can request deletion of your account or workspace data through the in-app Support form, or by emailing contact@xcellgen.in. You can also export your own data at any time using the "Download my data" button in Settings.
The Service uses functional storage only: an Auth0 session cookie/token to keep you signed in, and browser localStorage to remember your preferences (such as theme). We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and obtain your consent before enabling any such tracking.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data and workspace content. You can access and correct most of your data directly within the app. You can export your data at any time using the "Download my data" button in Settings (shipped 2026-07-07), and you can request deletion as described in Section 5.
