These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PM Dashboard, a project and client management application made available at app.projectsaturn.in (the "Service"). The Service is operated by [CONFIRM: Xcellgen] ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Service, you ("you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization as well.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you create or administer an organization workspace within the Service, you (as the organization owner or admin) are responsible for the conduct of the members you invite into that workspace, including their compliance with these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to store, transmit, or process any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of any third party. You agree not to abuse or attempt to overload the Service's infrastructure, not to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service outside of the features we provide, and not to resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to any third party without our prior written consent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
The Service provides task, client, and invoice management tools for teams, including an integrated AI assistant that can suggest and, with your confirmation, execute actions within your workspace (such as creating or updating tasks). AI-generated suggestions and actions are assistive only. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any AI-suggested action before it is applied, and for the consequences of actions you confirm. The AI assistant does not provide legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and its output should not be relied upon as such. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any workspace content and any action taken as a result of AI output.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. At this stage of development, we make a best effort to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee any specific level of uptime, and the Service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Current plan tiers and pricing are described on our Pricing page. We may introduce new plans or change pricing or usage-based fees from time to time; if we do, we will provide reasonable advance notice before any new or changed fees apply to your account, and continued use of the Service after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the applicable fees.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account and workspace data at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, we will delete your account data on request, subject to any retention required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and deletion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the total fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (which will be zero if you are on the Free plan and have not paid us any fees in that period). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the app before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CONFIRM: city — assumed New Delhi].
